The dangers of fluoride have been well known in the alternative health arena for decades but unfortunately the general public en masse has been basically indoctrinated into believing fluoride prevents cavities and is something good for them…

It’s been hard for anyone to oppose the propaganda given about fluoride. Many people who speak out against fluoride are losing their jobs and being ostracized by their colleagues. With this in mind, it is no wonder that more people aren’t speaking out. Currently, any doctor or dentist who opposes fluoridation would run the risk of losing their license to practice medicine or dentistry.

But more and more people are starting to speak out regardless of job security including the EPA’s own scientists! Bravo to these brave men who have listened to their conscience and can no longer participate in the great lie that is poisoning so many innocent people!

For over 60 years the subject of fluoride has been a big controversy. How fluoride got approved started back in the 1940′s with an aluminum company called ALCOA (aluminum company of America). This company was facing problems with toxic waste. One of the byproducts of aluminum manufacture is sodium fluoride.

Because of its toxicity, it must be disposed of in the highest rated waste disposal facility. This would be at a tremendous cost. In 1944, a long time ALCOA lawyer named Oscar Ewing was named the company’s chief counsel with fees in the then astronomical range of $750,000 a year. In 1947, Ewing was made Federal Security Agency Administrator, with the announcement that he was taking a big cut in salary.

The US Public Health Service, then a division of FSA, came under command of Ewing, and he began to vigorously promote fluoridation nationwide. Ewing’s public relations strategist for the fluoride campaign was the nephew of Sigmund Freud, Edward L. Bernays. This was the man who literally wrote the book on propaganda….and I don’t mean figuratively. In 1928 Bernays published a book entitled: “Propaganda”, in which he describes how the human mind can be manipulated.

This book was recently republished in 2004. It is interesting to note that Bernays was also involved in the promotion of cigarettes. To this day it is not exactly clear how ALCOA garnered the support of the American Medical and Dental Association; however, there may have been other factors involved.

These factors may have involved the fact that mass quantities of fluoride were produced in the production of the atomic bomb. In fact the first litigation over the atomic bomb had nothing to do with radiation….it was fluoride poisoning that caused ill health. It was these factors that may have led to the need to put a friendlier face on fluoride.

It is also noteworthy that fluoridation began at the time of World War II. This was a time when aluminum production was being increased to provide for the production of airplanes and other military needs. It is theorized that this increased need for aluminum production may have paved the way for fluoride’s acceptance.

It is also interesting to note that prior to 1940 fluoride was considered a toxic element. In fact in 1939 the U.S. Public Health Service regulations state “the presence of fluorides in excess of 1ppm shall constitute rejection of the water supply”….yet when water fluoridation is instituted these days the levels are set at a minimum of 1ppm.

In fact, an article appearing in the Journal of American Medical Association on September 18, 1943 states, “fluorides are general protoplasmic poisons, changing the permeability of the cell membrane by inhibiting certain enzymes”.

In fact, before 1940, fluoride’s only approved use was as a rat and cockroach poison. In smaller doses, it was approved for use as a treatment for an overactive thyroid gland but this use was abandoned after many patients suffered destruction of their thyroid gland.

It is interesting to note that both fluoride and iodine are both members of a group of elements called halogens. If you recall your days back in high school chemistry class you may remember what is called the “rule of halogen displacement”. This means that any element of the halogen family with a lighter atomic weight will always displace another within the halogen group whose atomic weight is greater.

Fluoride has a lower atomic weight than that of iodine. It is also interesting to note that hypthyroidism (low thyroid) is currently at epidemic levels in the United States. Currently a drug called synthroid (synthetic thyroid hormone) is one of the top selling drugs in the US. Chlorine added to water is also a halogen. [1]

With a low functioning thyroid it is highly difficult if not impossible to lose weight. I see water flouridation and chloridation as major factors in the underlying causes of obesity and difficulties losing weight….although not the only factors. [2]

Prior to 1940, health officials were trying to remove excess fluoride from the water supplies. This is because high levels of fluoride were destroying the teeth. In the early 1940′s several studies had suggested that areas with a higher fluoride level had fewer cavities than areas with lower fluoride levels but this is said to be because the people living in these high fluoride areas had fewer teeth than those living in areas with low fluoride levels.

To say that fluoride can prevent tooth decay would be like saying that lethal doses of radiation can cure cancer. In fact, according to Health and Human Services data, at age 65 the average American has only four teeth left and that’s the same for blacks and whites.

In regard to fluoride the facts speak for themselves: that is the fact that most unfluoridated communities have excellent dental health.

The form of fluoride used to fluoridate drinking water is not the same as what naturally occurs in the drinking water. Naturally occuring fluoride is in a form called calcium fluoride, however, the type of fluoride added to the drinking water is either sodium fluoride (NaF’s) or more recently silicofluorides (SiF’s). The use of this type of fluoride that is usually referred to as SiF’s has been the subject of most controversy.

For one thing, SiF’s have not been thoroughly tested. And, moreover, SiF’s may be contaminated with heavy metals such as lead, arsenic or cadmium. The original tests used to determine fluoride’s safety were done using pharmaceutical grade sodium fluoride in distilled water.

No one ever considered the possibility or rather probability that fluoride could interact with othe elements in the water. For instance, there is very strong evidence that fluoride can interact with aluminum in the drinking water to form a compound called aluminum fluoride (AiF) A substance called Alum (aluminum sulfate) is often added to the drinking water as a clarifying agent.

Some studies have suggested that AiF can cause aluminum to cross the blood brain barrier more readily than aluminum, which is not easily absorbed in the body. [3, 4, 5]

Also using fluoridated water in aluminum cookware may cause aluminum to leach into the drinking water. Studies have shown that boiling fluoridated tap water in an aluminum pan leached almost 200 ppm of aluminum into the water in 10 minutes. Leaching of up to 600 ppm occurred with prolonged boiling. Different releases of aluminum depended upon the composition of the pan and the type of food being cooked. Using non-fluoridated water showed almost no leaching from the aluminum pans.

In 1998, a fluoride study published in Brain Research reported damage to rat kidneys and brain at very low doses. Rats were given 1 ppm fluoride in doubly distilled and de-ionized water for 52 weeks. In other words they were given the same levels as we get in fluoridated water, albeit without the other ions present in tap water.

One group was given aluminim fluoride (AiF3) and another sodium fluoride (NaF). In both cases amyloid deposits were found in the rat brains. Amyloid deposits are tangles in the brain and are associated with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Scientists do not know how they form. The rats in the control group did not have them. The authors of the study speculate that fluoride enables aluminum to cross the blood brain barrier.

Other factors may also influence how aluminum and fluoride interact. For instance, fluoride has a very strong affinity for calcium. This is witnessed in nature as virtually all naturally occurring fluoride is in the form of calcium fluoride. Therefore, the presence of calcium in the water may affect how much aluminum is affected by the presence of fluoride.

Sources of Fluoride

Aside from fluoridated drinking water, there are many other sources of fluoride in the environment. For example: tea, including green tea can contain a significant amount of fluoride. This may come as a surprise to some people, as there have been a plethora of advertisements touting the health benefits of tea consumption. What these advertisements fail to mention is that tea leaves have the potential to absorb fluoride from the soil. Of course this would depend on the fluoride content of the soil in which the tea leaves are grown.

Many studies touting health benefits have been done using the tea leaves that were grown in soil with low fluoride content. And many studies were done using the isolated compounds that give tea beneficial properties.

Another obvious source of fluoride is toothpaste and mouthwash. While we all know that toothpaste contains fluoride, what many people may not realize is that fluoride is absorbed sublinguually into the body through the membranes in the mouth, especially under the tongue. Many drugs and even vitamins are made with instructions to put under the tongue for sublingual absorbtion.

Fluoride is basically a mineral element, or rather an anti-nutrient. Bottom line is that pretty much all commercial toothpaste and mouthwash is now fluoridated so you have to go to health food stores or online companies that make these products without fluoride. I personally use toothpaste and mouthwash from Young Living called Thieves made with 100% therapeutic grade essential oils that have historically been used in dentistry and have extremely high natural antibacterial and anti-microbial properties and are completely fluoride free.

But whatever brand you get just make sure to read the labels very carefully as many toothpastes sold in health food stores actually contain fluoride. Another option is to use pure baking soda and a couple of drops of 100% therapeutic grade essential orange oil…this combination will actually whiten the teeth as well and is a completely safe way to whiten teeth as opposed to using highly poisonous chemical whiteners that get absorbed sublingually into the blood stream.

If the essential oil does not say 100% therapeutic grade or if it does say “for external use only” that means toxic chemicals have been used to extract the oil and do NOT put that into your mouth. All of Young Living essential oils are 100% therapeutic grade and are safe to use.

Fluoride atoms have a molecular size and weight that is very similar to water molecules. As a result, it may have a boiling point similar to water, Therefore, distillation and reverse osmosis are NOT effective at removing flouride but they are effective at stripping out all the necessary minerals needed both for health by the body and for the ionization process to occur with the Kangen Water machines or any type of ionizer or hexagonal water machine on the market.

When you strip out all the necessary minerals from the water you drink the body starts leaching the needed minerals out of the bones and teeth to give them to the blood so necessary body functions can occur. This can lead to osteoporosis and teeth issues….among many other undesirable health issues…. remember your body is approximately 70% water.

It should also be noted that most commercially prepared beverages are made with fluoridated water and most processed foods are also prepared with fluoridated water…just one more reason to avoid processed foods and commercial beverages.

Getting a whole house fluoride water filtration system is your best bet….and if that isn’t in the budget at least an undercounter unit for your main kitchen sink and a shower fluoride filter so you don’t absorb it through your skin and into the body while bathing.

Proponents of Fluoridation Are Switching Sides!

More and more pro-fluoridationists are becoming anti-fluoridationists. For example: Dr. Hardy Limeback, B.Sc., Ph.D in Biochemistry, D.D.S., head of the Department of Preventive Dentistry for the University of Toronto, and president of the Canadian Association for Dental Research, has recently switched sides.

Apparently, after reviewing the evidence, he has had a change of heart. Dr. Limeback now warns against the use of fluoride. Dr. Limeback was quoted as saying, “In Canada we are now spending more money treating dental fluorosis than we do treating cavities. That includes my own practice.”

One of the most obvious living experiments today, Dr. Limeback believes, is a proof-positive comparison between any two Canadian cities. “Here in Toronto we’ve been fluoridating for 36 years yet Vancouver, which has never fluoridated, has a cavity rate lower than Toronto’s.”

Other experts are speaking out against fluoride. These include the EPA’s own scientists. Dr. William Marcus, an EPA senior science adviser and toxicologist stated in Food and Water Journal 1998, “Fluoride is a carcinogen by any stand we use. I believe the EPA should act immediately to protect the public, not just on the cancer data, but on the evidence of bone fractures, arthritis, mutagenicity and other effects.”

Dr. Marcus was fired as a result of this. He was later reinstated. Dr. Robert Carton, a scientist who spent 20 years working for the US Environmental Protection Agency said, “Fluoridation is the greatest case of scientific fraud of this century, if not all time!”

Dr. Charles Gordon Heyd, Past President of the American Medical Association said, “I am appalled at the prospect of using water as a vehicle for drugs. Fluoride is a corrosive poison that will produce serious effects on a long term basis. Any attempt to use water this way is deplorable!”

Bone Health and Fluoride

As previously mentioned, fluoride has a strong affinity for calcium. It is this affinity that may account for its ability to cause bone disease. It is well known that high levels of fluoride can cause crippling skeletal fluorosis. Areas in India where the naturally occuring levels of fluoride are very high, the people suffer from serious bone deformities. In fact, fluoride is considered to be the leading cause of bone cancer.

Ironically, fluoride was once thought to be a treatment for osteoporosis. Women receiving fluoride had shown increased bone density, but they suffered the same amount of fractures as the controls. This indicates that fluoride builds weaker bones.

Fluoride and the Pineal Gland

Up until the 1990s, no research had ever been conducted to determine the impact of fluoride on the pineal gland – a small gland located between the two hemispheres of the brain that regulates the production of the hormone melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone that helps regulate the onset of puberty and helps protect the body from cell damage caused by free radicals.

It is now known – thanks to the meticulous research of Dr. Jennifer Luke from the University of Surrey in England – that the pineal gland is the primary target of fluoride accumulation within the body.

The soft tissue of the adult pineal gland contains more fluoride than any other soft tissue in the body – a level of fluoride (~300 ppm) capable of inhibiting enzymes.
The pineal gland also contains hard tissue (hyroxyapatite crystals), and this hard tissue accumulates more fluoride (up to 21,000 ppm) than any other hard tissue in the body (e.g. teeth and bone).

After finding that the pineal gland is a major target for fluoride accumulation in humans, Dr. Luke conducted animal experiments to determine if the accumulated fluoride could impact the functioning of the gland – particulalry the gland’s regulation of melatonin.

Luke found that animals treated with fluoride had lower levels of circulating melatonin, as reflected by reduced levels of melatonin metabolites in the animals’ urine. This reduced level of circulating melatonin was accompanied – as might be expected – by an earlier onset of puberty in the fluoride-treated female animals.

Luke summarized her human and animal findings as follows:
“In conclusion, the human pineal gland contains the highest concentration of fluoride in the body. Fluoride is associated with depressed pineal melatonin synthesis by prepubertal gerbils and an accelerated onset of sexual maturation in the female gerbil. The results strengthen the hypothesis that the pineal has a role in the timing of the onset of puberty. Whether or not fluoride interferes with pineal function in humans requires further investigation.”

“The single animal study of pineal function indicates that fluoride exposure results in altered melatonin production and altered timing of sexual maturity. Whether fluoride affects pineal function in humans remains to be demonstrated. The two studies of menarcheal age in humans show the possibility of earlier menarche in some individuals exposed to fluoride, but no definitive statement can be made.

Recent information on the role of the pineal organ in humans suggests that any agent that affects pineal function could affect human health in a variety of ways, including effects on sexual maturation, calcium metabolism, parathyroid function, postmenopausal osteoporosis, cancer, and psychiatric disease.”

Not only does fluoride in the pineal gland cause physical issues in the body as summarized above but the pineal gland is our gateway to higher realms of consciousness and the portal to accessing the Divine…the bridge between spirit and matter, the gateway to the upper realms, the place of mergence with the Divine…the oneness…the ALL THAT IS.

The role of the Pineal gland has been the focus of study for many cultures throughout ages, The Pineal Gland has been referred to by Descartes as the “seat of the soul” and by Bataille as the “pineal-eye” and by the ancient Greeks as our connection to our realm of thought. The Ancient Egyptians and other cultures knew how to activate the Pineal Gland as part of the process of expanding consciousness.

The energetic role of the Pineal Gland is to provide the avenue through which we receive and connect with the higher energies of the Heavens and Divinity. It is our link into the higher vibrations and the Awakening of full consciousness.

With the global elite and their plans for world enslavement how vested do you think they are in keeping us from realizing and accessing our amazing power to create our own reality…our inherent divinity with all the same creative powers as God? If the pineal gland is calcified and shut down it’s easier to keep people unaware, helpless and controllable and not accessing their true power.

If everyone was in their power and truly creating the life they want instead of the bleak reality they are trying to keep us in their plans would be defeated. I truly believe this is the number one reason for the big push for fluoridation in water and dental products. [2]

Here’s also another fascinating video from David Wilcock. This video was the number one video on Google in 2009…for very good reason! Although this is not entirely about fluoride, David covers a lot about the role of the pineal gland and consciousness and briefly covers how fluoride affects the pineal gland….so check out this awesome video:

Original Title: Soy is Making Kids ‘Gay’ then after a huge backlash in response he re-titled it: The Trouble with Soy
Click Here to link to the original article

There’s a slow poison out there that’s severely damaging our children and threatening to tear apart our culture. The ironic part is, it’s a “health food,” one of our most popular.
Now, I’m a health-food guy, a fanatic who seldom allows anything into his kitchen unless it’s organic. I state my bias here just so you’ll know I’m not anti-health food.
The dangerous food I’m speaking of is soy. Soybean products are feminizing, and they’re all over the place. You can hardly escape them anymore.

I have nothing against an occasional soy snack. Soy is nutritious and contains lots of good things. Unfortunately, when you eat or drink a lot of soy stuff, you’re also getting substantial quantities of estrogens.

Estrogens are female hormones. If you’re a woman, you’re flooding your system with a substance it can’t handle in surplus. If you’re a man, you’re suppressing your masculinity and stimulating your “female side,” physically and mentally.
In fetal development, the default is being female. All humans (even in old age) tend toward femininity. The main thing that keeps men from diverging into the female pattern is testosterone, and testosterone is suppressed by an excess of estrogen.

If you’re a grownup, you’re already developed, and you’re able to fight off some of the damaging effects of soy. Babies aren’t so fortunate. Research is now showing that when you feed your baby soy formula, you’re giving him or her the equivalent of five birth control pills a day. A baby’s endocrine system just can’t cope with that kind of massive assault, so some damage is inevitable. At the extreme, the damage can be fatal.

Soy is feminizing, and commonly leads to a decrease in the size of the penis, sexual confusion and homosexuality. That’s why most of the medical (not socio-spiritual) blame for today’s rise in homosexuality must fall upon the rise in soy formula and other soy products. (Most babies are bottle-fed during some part of their infancy, and one-fourth of them are getting soy milk!) Homosexuals often argue that their homosexuality is inborn because “I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t homosexual.” No, homosexuality is always deviant. But now many of them can truthfully say that they can’t remember a time when excess estrogen wasn’t influencing them.

Doctors used to hope soy would reduce hot flashes, prevent cancer and heart disease, and save millions in the Third World from starvation. That was before they knew much about long-term soy use. Now we know it’s a classic example of a cure that’s worse than the disease. For example, if your baby gets colic from cow’s milk, do you switch him to soy milk? Don’t even think about it. His phytoestrogen level will jump to 20 times normal. If he is a she, brace yourself for watching her reach menarche as young as seven, robbing her of years of childhood. If he is a boy, it’s far worse: He may not reach puberty till much later than normal.

Research in 2000 showed that a soy-based diet at any age can lead to a weak thyroid, which commonly produces heart problems and excess fat. Could this explain the dramatic increase in obesity today?

Recent research on rats shows testicular atrophy, infertility and uterus hypertrophy (enlargement). This helps explain the infertility epidemic and the sudden growth in fertility clinics. But alas, by the time a soy-damaged infant has grown to adulthood and wants to marry, it’s too late to get fixed by a fertility clinic.

Worse, there’s now scientific evidence that estrogen ingredients in soy products may be boosting the rapidly rising incidence of leukemia in children. In the latest year we have numbers for, new cases in the U.S. jumped 27 percent. In one year!

There’s also a serious connection between soy and cancer in adults – especially breast cancer. That’s why the governments of Israel, the UK, France and New Zealand are already cracking down hard on soy.

In sad contrast, 60 percent of the refined foods in U.S. supermarkets now contain soy. Worse, soy use may double in the next few years because (last I heard) the out-of-touch medicrats in the FDA hierarchy are considering allowing manufacturers of cereal, energy bars, fake milk, fake yogurt, etc., to claim that “soy prevents cancer.” It doesn’t.
P.S.: Soy sauce is fine. Unlike soy milk, it’s perfectly safe because it’s fermented, which changes its molecular structure. Miso, natto and tempeh are also OK, but avoid tofu.

Perhaps fewer than 10 percent of us are aware that soybeans are a hotly debated topic in medical circles today. Soy products – eaten, drunk, and slipped into thousands of commercial products – are rightly being blamed for a horrendous variety of medical conditions, several of them nearing epidemic status and a few of them irreversible. Pediatricians and other doctors are starting to see a growing parade of patients suffering from serious symptoms that were quite rare just a generation ago.

The most common question is, “If soy is so harmful as to potentially alter sexual physiology and behavior, why haven’t the Chinese and Japanese all died off or become homosexual centuries ago?”

One of the reasons is that Asians simply do not eat as much soy as Westerners think. The average daily consumption in Japan (one of the highest soy-consuming countries in Asia) is at most about eight grams of soy protein. China and other countries eat far less.

Soy has never been a leading staple there like rice, fish or pork. Even going back to the 1930s, calorie intake from soy in China was rarely more than 1.5 percent of their diet, whereas pork provided 65 percent! No comparison. Traditionally, soy plants were plowed under in fields as fertilizer. Soy was a poverty food, eaten heavily only by the poor in times of famine. (Grazing animals don’t like to eat it, either.) People have always eaten soy in small portions as a condiment or a supplement with a meal. The highest intake of soy in Japan is among monks, who eat it to turn off sexual desire. (Think about that the next time you’re in the grocery store.)

By comparison, the FDA has encouraged Americans to eat 25 grams of soy protein a day as a way to prevent heart disease. This FDA health claim has doubled the consumption of soy protein in the U.S., yet was recently discredited when the American Heart Association changed its position on soy, now saying that soy does not lower cholesterol and does not prevent heart disease!

You couldn’t say (out loud*) that FDA opinions are for sale to the highest bidder, but they were influenced by a campaign and formal endorsement request by the soy industry, which includes giants like Monsanto, Archer Daniels Midland, Cargill and DuPont.

When the mud hit the fan during the investigation period, the FDA quickly modified its stance, limiting its endorsement to just basic soy protein instead of the isoflavone (estrogen-mimicking) ingredients in soy. The problem with that is soy protein contains those dangerous plant estrogens. This is why two of the FDA’s most distinguished scientists, Drs. Daniel Sheehan and Daniel Doerge, protested the FDA health claim in a public letter.

If you think you don’t eat much soy, think again. Though only 15 percent of us eat a mostly-soy product once a week, 55-70 percent of all processed foods in supermarkets now have some soy in them! You can’t escape it. Soybean oil accounts for a whopping 79 percent of the edible fats used annually in the U.S.

Health-conscious people are likely to eat the most. Even a moderate vegetarian or soy fan would think nothing of tossing down eight ounces of tofu, a quarter cup of roasted soy nuts and a glass of soymilk daily, and that’s far, far more than any normal Japanese individual would be likely to consume.

But the worst victims of soy are babies. Per kilogram of body weight, the average Japanese in 2000 ate 0.47 milligrams of soy isoflavones daily, while the average U.S. baby drinking soy formula got 6.25 milligrams. Isoflavones are testosterone-suppressing female hormones.

For many people, the most shocking new revelations about soy are not the increased risks of breast and other cancers [1-2], the link to childhood leukemia [3-6], the failure to prevent heart disease [7-8], infertility [9-10], or thyroid damage, with its symptoms of weight gain, fatigue and depression [11-13]. What really startles many of us is soy’s impact on male sex organs, estrogen overload, testosterone suppression, and premature female puberty [14].

The root sex problem is that soy is loaded with isoflavones, plant estrogens that operate like human female estrogen, which occurs naturally in our bodies, male and female. These “phytoestrogens” cause serious developmental problems. They’re only 1/1,000th to 1/1,200th the potency of human estrogen, ounce for ounce, but it’s common for babies to consume them in such large quantities that they overwhelm their bodies’ delicate testosterone-estrogen balance, leaving their victim – male or female – with a wild variety of lifelong symptoms, sometimes even disfigurement [15-19].

Toxicologists estimate that an infant fed exclusively on soy formula is getting the equivalent of three to five birth control pills per day [20]. One study found that soy-fed babies had 13,000 to 22,000 times more estrogen in their blood than milk-fed babies [21].

These are not just curious, isolated data. One percent of U.S. girls are now growing breasts or pubic hair before age three. By age eight, either of these two abnormalities is appearing among 14.7 percent of white girls and a staggering 48.3 percent of black girls [22].

Why so many black girls? Probably because they are more likely to be given soy infant formula. They are being robbed of their girlhood. Soy formula-fed girls are also more likely to have lifelong menstrual problems (primarily longer and more painful periods), hormonal changes associated with infertility, and other health problems. If this isn’t a national medical emergency, I don’t know what is.

The situation is just as bad for boys. Boy babies fed soy formula may go into puberty late or not at all. Some of these boys are so feminized that their breasts grow but their penises don’t. Some mature into adults with penises not much bigger than the ones they were born with! Others might look normal and go through puberty on time, but can’t father children because their sperm are too few in number (or poor swimmers and/or unable to fertilize eggs) [23].

Sperm counts dropped 50 percent between 1939 and 1990 and are continuing to go down at the rate of 2 percent per year [24]. (Another national emergency.) Men make sperm throughout their lives, of course, but production ability can be seriously hurt by soy during the first trimester of pregnancy, during infancy, and early childhood [24-25].

It’s not just the sex organs that are affected during the key developmental phases of pregnancy and infancy. The brain, too, can be irrevocably changed by excess estrogens, which suppress testosterone. That may contribute to altered sexual behavior and sexual preference. Estrogenized males of many species are more likely to suffer from ADD/ADHD and even to perform more like females on tests [26-28].

Soy won’t hurt a grown man the same way. It’s apt to flatten his libido, but won’t affect the size or shape of his sex organs. (Against my better judgment, I took a national TV interview. They handed a bowl of soy stuff to a guy in the studio audience. After he had munched for thirty seconds, the host asked him, “Well, you startin’ to feel kinda swishy yet?” Good comedy, but highly misleading.)

However, soy can cause gynecomastia (female-looking breasts) within months.

A recent study at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill showed that men eating whopping amounts of soy experienced breast enlargement and even some nipple discharge [29]. They ate a lot more soy than most of us would, but it serves as fair warning.

Moms eating soy during pregnancy are putting their babies at risk because isoflavones swim right through the placenta [30-31]. This can mess up hormonal balance, especially during the first three months, when male fetuses are in a crucial developmental stage and absolutely must have adequate testosterone. Those that get plant estrogens instead of mom’s testosterone are at risk for birth defects like cryptorchidism (undescended testicles) and/or hypospadias, in which the opening of the penis is underneath instead of at the tip [32].

Although undescended testicles can be corrected fairly easily through surgery, hypospadias is far more serious. In worst case scenarios, it can require as many as 10 separate operations. Even then, the boy may not grow up to be an adult male with full sexual function. His penis typically never gets longer than one and a half inches [33].
Hypospadias is on the rise in the U.S. and Europe, and now occurs in one out of 125 births [34]. This coincides with the greater numbers of industrial chemicals in the environment, but also with the growing popularity of vegetarian and vegan diets.

A British study in 2000 showed that vegetarian mothers are five times more likely to give birth to a boy with hypospadias than mothers who eat a varied diet [35]. Sadly, vegan moms-to-be think they are eating healthfully when they swig soy milk, nosh on soy nuts, and eat veggie burgers. The tragic result can be undescended testicles, hypospadias or even homosexuality. No study says that soy dooms a child to homosexuality, but it’s not hard to believe that at some point during pregnancy babies are hardwired for sexual preference. (See the Psychological Medicine article in endnote 27 below.)

Pediatricians are seeing so many over-estrogenized boys today with breasts, delayed puberty and /or behavioral problems that they’ve come up with the terms “Developmental Estrogenization Syndrome” and “Testicular Dysgenesis Syndrome” [36].

Right now, no evidence indicates that soy during childhood or adulthood is likely to change sexual preference. The danger zone is the first three months of both pregnancy and infancy, when male physiology and brain circuitry are still developing. In other words, a girl-chasing, football-playing college boy won’t go gay even if he becomes a vegetarian or snacks all day on soy energy bars. (He might develop thyroid or other health problems or lose most of his libido, though.)

My larger concern is that the increasing number of less robust 15-year-olds who are already “struggling with their sexual identity” will be shoved over that thin line into homosexuality. No, they won’t wake up some morning with floppy wrists and a nasal lisp, but they may begin to gravitate toward social circles where they feel more comfortable and less expected to be rowdy or brag about a string of sexual conquests. And once a teen is ensconced in a homosexual milieu, breaking free from it could mean abandoning his best friends.

Does the idea that soy can cause so much trouble sound like Rutz sensationalism? Don’t just take my word for it. Here’s what government health experts in Israel and France have decided: The Israeli Health Ministry has looked long and hard at the evidence and concluded that its citizens won’t “be fruitful and multiply” if they eat too much soy. It has warned that babies should not receive any soy formula, that children to age 18 should not eat soy more than once a day (to a maximum of 3 times a week), and that adults should beware because of breast cancer and adverse effects on fertility [37].

The French, meanwhile, intend to maintain their reputation as ardent lovers. Food manufacturers in France will soon have to remove those dangerous plant estrogens from soy formula and to put warning labels on soyfoods and soy milk. French Food Agency experts see the biggest risks as being to children under three and women who have been diagnosed with or have breast cancer in their families [38]. The British Dietetic Association also warns parents to avoid soy formula [39].

Lots of Americans accept everything our FDA and NIH say as gospel. Those poor souls are now in danger because their trusted government watchdogs have yet to bark any warnings about soy. However, Daniel Sheehan, PhD, one of the FDA’s top toxicologists, has warned that that infants fed soy-based formulas have been placed at risk in a “large, uncontrolled and basically unmonitored human infant experiment.”

Do you really want to put your child into that experiment?

Here are two other serious soy-product problems: breast/prostate cancer and being overweight.

Is the death rate from breast and prostate cancers much lower in Asia? Absolutely. No argument. But they do have higher rates of even more lethal cancers, namely liver, esophageal, pancreatic and stomach cancers. And remember that Asians don’t eat much soy. That’s lucky for them because soy estrogens are as likely to promote breast and prostate cancers as to stop them. [40-41]

We know that because researchers at the University of Illinois used soy isoflavones to induce mammary tumors in mice but saw them regress after being switched back to a diet low in soy estrogens. (The more isoflavones, the more risk.)

Because the worst effects were experienced by mice with very low pre-existing estrogen levels, the researchers concluded that soy is riskiest for women during their menopause years.[42,43] However, it’s not good for younger women, either, as University of California researchers found a “stimulatory effect on the premenopausal female breast.”[44] And there are lots more studies besides these.

That’s why Dr. Regina G. Ziegler of the National Cancer Institute has expressed worries about the soy fad and recommends that women be “cautious.”[45] Cornell University has homed in on women with a family history of breast cancer and suggested they be especially cautious about their soy intake.[46] The Israeli and French governments have issued strong warnings. [47,48] (That’s enough to convince me to warn you in this article.)

The soy industry, of course, trots out lots of studies saying the opposite. Lately it’s been tripping on the idea that soy prevents breast cancer best of all when women eat lots of it during adolescence. In other words, “get ‘em young.” Indeed, a recent human study presented slight evidence that this might be true [49] But can you trust a study based on dietary recall? I can’t remember what I ate last week, but these women supposedly remembered every cake of tofu they downed years ago.

With the studies on adolescent rats, we know exactly what they ate and how it all turned out. One study carried the good news headline “Soy protects rats against breast cancer.” But wait – what’s buried deep down in the text? Those rats also experienced an “advance in vaginal opening.” In plain English, premature puberty![50] Is that the kind of “protection” you want for your daughter?

The soy industry also has men in their sights. Soy, they claim, is the answer for preventing prostate cancer. What nobody’s telling our men is that IF soy prevents cancer, it’s probably because it lowers testosterone![51-54] And less often, it’s because soy decreases prostate weight. Their “good news” often comes with other side effects, too, like decreased brain weight and changes to the sexually dimorphic brain. [55,56]

The sexually dimorphic brain is part of the hypothalamus that is super-sensitive to hormones – the estrogen that keeps our women womanly and testosterone that keeps our men manly. Interestingly enough, homosexuals have different structures to their hypothalamuses, with some areas more like females than straight males.[57] So, brother, if feminizing yourself sounds like a good way to prevent prostate cancer, then put soy on your menu. Just know that this course of action does not come highly recommended.

Top scientists at the FDA’s National Laboratory for Toxicological Research found that isoflavones interfere with hormone receptors in the prostate gland and that this is likely to have “implications for reproductive toxicity and carcinogenesis.”[58]

“Well,” you may say, “soy will at least keep me and my kids from getting fat.” That idea, too, comes straight from the soy industry, which has an $80 million annual PR budget and works overtime to come up with “initiatives” with cute names like “Isoy.”[59] The United Soybean Board’s puts in a lot of effort to reach out to your children. Their bright idea is to push “healthy” low-fat soy protein products into our schools.

Could that work? Fat chance. Farmers give animals soy feed to fatten them for slaughter as fast as possible. Isoflavones interfere with the thyroid gland’s ability to manufacture thyroid hormones, and that means weight gain, tiredness and depression. Now frankly, I don’t care if Bessie was depressed on the day she moooved on to that Great Meadow in the Sky, but I do care if 300 million fellow Americans turn into walking blobs because they were conned into thinking soy is the best weight-loss food since the celery and water diet.

To date, the best research on soy and the thyroid comes from Japan, home of the world’s finest thyroid clinics. When thyroid specialists there experimented on healthy Japanese men and women, they saw their thyroids fry within three short months of increased soybean intake.[60]

The people studied weren’t eating soy for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They weren’t even popping soy supplements. These human lab rats were downing just enough soy foods to give them about 35 milligrams a day of isoflavones ? 10 milligrams less than you get in one glass of soy milk! But their thyroids paid a steep price. And with a weakened thyroid, you’ll find it harder and harder to lose any weight at all. And you won’t be too cheerful, either.

We are facing a new national nightmare: the horror of facing the damage being done to us by the soybean craze.

It is indeed a craze: U.S. soy sales in 2004 hit $4 billion, a huge leap from $850 million in 1992, when soy began moving up from just a “hippie food” in natural food stores to mainstreaming in supermarkets.[61] Let’s hear it for Mad Avenue.

It’s also a horror, especially for folks who go out of their way to eat energy bars, pseudo-meats, soymilk and soy-laced cold cereals. One out of every 125 male babies is now born with the once-rare condition called hypospadias, a gruesome malformity of the penis in which the urethra opening lies somewhere along the underside of the penile shaft instead of at its end.[62] The penis is also shorter – 2.6 inches shorter in the more severe cases.

Overall, the malformity is associated with homosexuality; one small study showed that 7.6 percent of the control (healthy) subjects were exclusively homosexual compared with 20.3 percent of those with hypospadias (plus another 15.5 percent who were bisexual).
A British study in 2000 showed that vegetarian moms (who typically eat more soy, of course) have five times the risk of birthing a boy with hypospadias,[63] or about one chance in 25.

The European Commission takes this matter so seriously that it’s investigating.[64] Yet here in the US of A , health- conscious vegetarian moms-to-be are swigging tall, cool glasses of soymilk. Tragically, these moms also risk giving birth to babies that are more likely to get leukemia.[65-69] That disease, too, is on the rise, with only a few people sounding warnings that soy during pregnancy could be part of the problem. It’s high time pregnant moms heard warnings. Hey, I’ve tasted soymilk and veggie burgers, and no way are they worth that kind of risk.

At this point, you may be saying, “Well, I’m not pregnant, not going to get pregnant, and soy does prevent heart disease, doesn’t it?” That myth has been helped along by the FDA, the government agency that’s supposed to protect us but has instead given us Vioxx? and aspartame and helped big business promote soy. If you’ve ever picked up a package of soy food or soymilk, you’ve seen the FDA health claim that reads: “Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 25 grams of soy protein a day may reduce the risk of heart disease.” If that’s your goal, you’ll be downing about four servings of soy every day! No wonder soy sales have skyrocketed.

Although just about everyone in the alternative health field seems to know that the FDA is in bed with Big Pharma, the myth persists that the FDA “did the right thing” about soy. The reasoning goes like this: “The FDA would have approved a soy health claim only after a long, hard look at the evidence, and it must have been powerfully convincing, or the FDA would be seizing veggie burgers with the vengeance it usually reserves for vitamins and herbs.”

What the FDA actually looked long and hard at was a single, trumped up meta-analysis paid for by Big Soy, specifically Protein Technologies International. (A meta-analysis is a type of study in which the researchers get to pick the studies they like best, average them out, and then announce a conclusion that their sponsors can take to the bank.) In giving Big Soy what it wanted, the FDA ignored protests by some of the world’s leading scientists – including even its own leading scientists!

Five years later, the researchers who did that meta-analysis confessed that the conclusions hadn’t held up.[70] Even the American Heart Association has now turned on soy with its announcement last January that soy does NOT lower cholesterol and does NOT prevent heart disease.[71] It foolishly still endorses it as a food “in a varied diet,” but now says a health claim is entirely unwarranted. The only question now is, “Will the FDA admit its mistake and retract the currently allowed health claim?”

Even that won’t be enough. What’s needed is a warning label: SOY MAY CAUSE BIRTH DEFECTS, INFERTILITY, CANCER AND HEART DISEASE.

Heart disease? Yes. Soy worsens cardiomyopathy.[72] One in 500 Americans have enlarged, swollen heart muscles that cannot pump adequately and cause heart failure. Cardiomyopathy is also the usual cause of death when a seemingly healthy young athlete drops dead on the football field or basketball court.

How else might soy harm your heart? Soy isoflavones can interfere with potassium in the heart, which would cause arrhythmias.[73] Soy protein could also elevate your homocysteine level,[74] a known risk factor for heart disease.

The biggest frustration for many of my readers is not that they want to eat soy. Most of us don’t like to touch the stuff! What frustrates them is that they think there’s nothing left that’s safe to eat. They’ve heard that meat, eggs, dairy and butter are bad, and that even spinach might be crawling with deadly bacteria.

The answer is simple: Eat a wide variety of the foods God put on this planet, whole foods.[75,76] Avoid the Mad Avenue foods that come in bright, shiny packages and are not whole, but fractionated and processed to oblivion. Dr. Kaayla Daniel, author of the definitive book on the dangers of soy, “The Whole Soy Story: The Dark Side of America’s Favorite Health Food,” has lots of free advice on how to be safe, healthy and soyfree on her websites www.soyfreesolutions.com and www.wholesoystory.com. For example, if you’re allergic to cow’s milk, she highly recommends coconut milk.

If God had wanted us to eat skinless, boneless chicken breasts, He’d have made chickens that were all breast with no fat, no skin and not a leg to stand on! If He’d wanted us to drink pasteurized fat-free milk, then fat-free milk would come boiling hot out of a cow’s udder! And if He’d wanted us to eat soy protein and soy oil, the little bean would easily separate into its parts and not require a billion dollar processing plant that uses chemical solvents, extreme pressure, and hellfire temperatures. Nor would God’s chosen food require tons of sugar and flavorings to make it taste halfway decent.
End of Article by Jim Rutz
* My personal opinion about the FDA being for sale to the highest bidder

Also I would like to include my personal thoughts about why the big push for soy here in the US? So my thinking is that it is a little more sinister than just a big profit by big business issue….although that’s definitely a big part of it …but here’s what I believe the deeper reason is…..if soy feminizes men and you have a nation of feminized men then they are much easier to control than if they had full access to normal levels of testosterone. We know some of the great lengths the government has gone to to try to control us and this I believe is just one more layer of it.

Also for women if they get breast cancer and have major hormone issues the cancer business and the prescription drug business is a huge money making business but bottom line it ultimately all adds up to frequency control. You are not in your power when you are sick and out of balance. When you’re sick and broke because of medical bills and down and out you are much easier to control than when you are happy and abundant….

And if you die from the cancer then they’ve accomplished some of their goal for population control….in their sick and twisted opinion it’s a win-win situation.

You can’t rely on the government to look out for your health or wellbeing….just the opposite….you have to look out for all the ways they try to make you sick and unhealthy for their benefit of profit and control. YOU have to take charge and take responsibility for your own health!

Ok changing subjects a little…..SO…….what about your morning protein shake? If dairy (whey) and soy are out then what‘s left? One word: HEMP! Hemp is amazing and one of nature’s perfect foods. It’s high protein and also very high in omega 3. One serving (4 Tbsp.) is 15 grams of protein and 1250 mg of omega 3!

Here’s my morning protein shake recipe:

2 cups Manitoba Harvest hemp milk (2.5 grams of protein per cup = 5 grams of protein)

4 Tbsp. Manitoba Harvest hemp powder (15 grams protein)

1 oz. (Approx. 1 heaping Tbsp.) of organic raw cacao powder (5 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber), super high in antioxidants (more than either red wine or blueberries) and also high in magnesium, which supports about 300 different body functions, and it also has theobromin which is linked to increasing serotonin levels and making you happier. You can easily find it online at www.navitasnaturals.com or other sites and often in health food stores as well.

1 Tbsp. maca root – a super food of the Incas in Peru (works with the endocrine system and adrenals so you have sustained energy throughout the day…especially useful if you don’t drink coffee.) Also has the full spectrum of amino acids, fiber and other vital nutrients. For more info visit www.macaroot.com (word of caution though….in my experience it’s a little bit like natural Viagra. If you take too much your libido will be through the roof and unless you have an outlet, like a partner for example, it will be a little uncomfortable with all that sexual energy piling up….so just take it easy with the maca root.) It’s also much cheaper to buy it in bulk… here’s where I get it in bulk: Bulk Maca Root

1/3 of a banana (for help emulsifying the shake….otherwise the hemp powder will sink to the bottom of the glass like mud and the banana helps keep it suspended in the shake….too much banana makes the shake too thick so I’ve found that 1/3 – 1/2 works perfect depending on whether you’re using fresh or frozen bananas….just experiment and find what consistency you like)

1/3-1/2 cup organic blueberries

I also add 1/4 cup dried goji berries (sometimes also called wolfberries and if they come from the famous Ningxia province in China then they are called Ningxia Wolfberries) that I soak in purified water overnight. Reconstituted it makes about 1/2 cup. Goji berries/wolfberries are a nutritional superfood. They are the highest anti-oxidant fruit known. You can substitute the goji berries/wolfberries for the blueberries or add them both. Goji Berries/Wolfberries

If you find it needs a little sweetening you could add a little stevia to taste…about 1/4 teaspoon as Stevia is quite sweet. Stevia

So you get 25+ grams of protein, 10-13 grams of fiber (including the banana and the maca root in addition to the cacao powder), 1250 mg of omega 3, dairy and soy free, raw, vegan, organic, non gmo, super high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and just plain tastes amazing!

Recently there have been hundreds of posts on Facebook and even more videos on YouTube about chemtrails and deliberate spraying of not only barium but different strains of flu virus including the swine flu all sanctioned by our own government…well ironically the solution to successfully fighting the viruses was provided by our own Office of Naval Research…and no it’s not a vaccine!

So I thought this article was very timely and appropriate.

This article written by Dr. William Wong, ND, PhD.

A virus cannot be killed using antibiotics. Those medications are meant to slay bacteria, which are a whole different class of critter altogether. Viruses cannot be feld by using herbs, colostrum, or any of the popular multi level marketing products touted as being immune enhancer’s and germ fighters.

The nastier viruses will not succumb to extremes in body temperature either fever or cold. In short viruses are perfect weapons because they can’t easily be done away with.

Why, you ask is it so difficult to overcome a virus? What makes it so special that they can survive vaccines, poisons, sulfa drugs, antibiotics, herbs and most anything else science can think of throwing at them?

Let’s look into what it takes to be a virus and see what makes them tick. Viruses live by a certain code of laws known as Koch’s postulates. There are suppositions based on observations of the behavior of germs. First let’s say that a virus is the one of the smallest bits of stuff our bodies can react to.

Just as a for instance: if you dropped a bacteria on a piece of unglazed china, that bacteria is so big that it would get caught in the pores of the porcelain. A virus on the other hand is so small that it would fall right through the pores and get through to the other side of the dish!

A bacteria is a living thing, it has a life span it eats, it poops, and has sex (with your DNA), and so it reproduces. Once it gets old a bacteria dies. Not so with a virus. A virus is not technically a living thing.

Viruses have no life span; they can become dormant when sneezed onto a pile of dirt. Forty years or so down the road when a wind blows fragments of that dirt bearing the tiny virus into someone’s nose, the bugger will become active again!

Every virus you’ve ever acquired either from exposure or injection (like the polio shot), is “alive” and well and sleeping next to your spinal chord! A recent issue of the Lancet, the prestigious journal of the British Medical Association, reported that out of 140 patients with chronic lower back pain, 114 of them had viruses that had migrated from where they were “sleeping” and had seeped into the injury, causing chronic inflammatory conditions.

Many folks are familiar with Chicken Pox coming back to haunt seniors with suppressed immune systems as the disease of Shingles (Herpes Zoster), or as it’s extremely painful and potentially deadly cousin Herpatic Neuralgia (permanent nerve pain caused by the Herpes).

Many of the viruses we were injected with as children in the good faith effort to keep us from getting infections have come back to haunt us in later life.

Many doc’s now believe that Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibro Myalgia are nothing more than Post Polio Syndrome in those who received the live cell (mildly active strain) polio oral inoculation instead of the dead (chopped to pieces) Salk vaccine!

Pointing to the correlation between the brain swelling and 30 some odd common symptoms that occur in Polio, Post Polio Syndrome and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, the English medical establishment calls Chronic Fatigue “Myalgia Encephalitis” (muscle pain with brain swelling) to denote the connection of these three diseases.

Here in the States the liability issues for doc’s, governments and drug companies are too great for anyone in the medical establishment here to admit a connection between the live virus vaccine and the later onset of debilitating disease.

A virus comes to life so to speak when an active virus (one with an intact exterior protein coating) comes in contact with your bodies’ cells. When they touch that exterior coating forms a connection to our cells called an Isoprin bond.

Through that connection the virus latches onto our DNA (yes a virus IS that small) and it begins to spin off reproductions of itself in great big speedy numbers (viral load). Remember about that isoprin bond, it will become really important to us in a moment.

Viruses are constantly, mutating with some viruses changing faster than other strains. That change in its genetic form makes it almost impossible to formulate any kind of vaccine that will make one immune to some viruses. The ones that mutate the most, like the flu and HIV, look very different this year than they looked last year and they are almost unrecognizable to most eyes from the strains had a decade or two ago.

(That’s also why last years flu bug in this years flu shot are nearly always useless. The only one’s gaining a benefit from the shots are the vaccine companies).

So with all that background is there anything we can do when to not let those little bits of genetic material procreate inside of us? Let’s look in to the research that’s been done here in the States and in Europe.

As I stated before, viruses mutate. So building an antivirus vaccine for one bug might not have much of an effect on it brother two or three generations down the road. So that line of thinking is of waste of time.

The vaccine companies will argue with me but no less an agency than the US Office of Naval Research has agreed with me. They are following an entirely different track – protein eating (proteolytic) enzymes.
Yep, the same things that control your digestion, clean your laundry and are your bodies’ first line of defense in:

• Fighting Inflammation. (1).
• Eating Fibrosis and scar tissue. (2).
• Modulating Immune Function. (3).
• Cleaning the Blood, (4).
• Enzymes can also be the first line of defense against a virus!

Those proteolytic enzymes do a number on the all-important exterior protein coating of the virus. They eat it! Remember the virus is active as long as its coating is in tact. What happens when a virus cannot complete and Isoprin bond? Well, simply it becomes inert – harmless!

The doc’s in the Office of Naval Research know that it would be impossible to make up new anti-viral vaccines as fast as a) the bad guys can make new bugs or b) as fast as the virus itself can mutate. So to cover all of the bases instead of going after the particular genetic coding a virus may have, they are going after the thing that allows that bugger to replicate, its coating!

In research against viruses, systemic enzymes have been found to greatly reduce the viral load by rendering the little guys inert.

The trick to having enzymes work is to take enough of them. Some 5 to 10 tablets 3 times a day! Why so many tablets? Enzymes are huge and you with the molecular weight of enzymes ranging from 24,000 to 36,000 Daltons.
For comparison vitamin c has a molecular weight of 6! Those facts make one have to take more of the tablets to have the anti-viral effect. Enzymes are non-toxic (no LD-50 exists).

The US Defense Department is now bringing a prescription systemic enzyme preparation through FDA approval for fighting viruses.

We don’t have to wait for that. The strongest systemic enzyme available on the planet today is Vitalzym available at Energetic Nutrition.

www.Energetic Nutrition.com

MD’s as well as alternative docs are flocking to the product for because of the strength and speed of its various actions. The usual dose for fighting viruses is 5 capsules 3 times a day. Since there is no toxic level for enzymes more can be taken if needed.

So much for enzymes, what else can one take to “kill” viruses?

Oxygen! The air we breathe does not contain a strong enough concentration of O2 to do in these bugs.
Due to pollution, lack of deep breathing (from to lack of exercise), due to lots of factors, the 21% concentration of O2 in the air and 90% or less concentration of O2 in our blood is not enough to singe viruses. First, let’s explain two things.

First – all disease states and what precipitates them are anaerobic, that means the bad guys inside us do not live on oxygen. Anaerobic respiration is dependent on glycogen for life not oxygen. In other words viruses, bacteria and cancers all breathe blood sugar. When these nasties are exposed to high concentrations of O2 they “burn” and die. (7,8).

Point #2. All disease states need or do best in an acidic internal body environment. You innards are composed of salt water at a 0.9 concentration. Your blood, your lymphatic fluid, your tears are all salt water. Salt water is basic, that is the opposite of an acid.

From our hectic, stressful, junk air, junk food, run lifestyles we are all mostly acidic inside. Some of us are SO acidic that we can tarnish gold jewelry! The ancients disinfected a wound with salt so that no bugs could grow in it; they had increased that tissues alkalinity.

In so doing they took away the environment bugs could live and grow in. If we increase our pH back to normal (alkaline) then between that and having a high O2 concentration in our blood and tissues we have created a terrain within us that bugs cannot live or grow in. (9).

OK, where do I get the oxygen from and how do I get alkaline? First the oxygen: It comes out of a little bottle and it’s called K0-7.

For prevention mix 10 drops in a glass of water and drink this mixture 2 to 3 times a day. When exposed to or actually fighting off a bug, use 20 to 30 drops in a glass of water 4 times a day. There are no side effects to the O2 release this nifty liquid produces in our blood and tissues. Your O2 percentage in the blood will increase 3 to 5 % in just 5 minuets or less!

Next we get to becoming alkaline. Many of you remember that I used to recommend coral calcium for this. My disappointment with coral calcium has been monumental. In the near decade since I advocated the use of coral calcium I have discovered that the goodness of it has been diluted by plain old calcium carbonate (the ingredient in TUMS).

Seems the real coral calcium is VERY expensive and diluting it with a good bit of calcium carbonate is a way of lowering the cost while maintaining the profit margin. We also have the outlandish claims made by one coral calcium advocate that I could not stand or support so I dropped my support for the coral like you’d get rid of a live grenade.

For now, even with all of the supposed ways health food stores have to make the body alkaline, I’ve gone back to what we did with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia patients, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water 3 to 4 times daily. Aside from that the best way I know of to alkalinize is to drink the 8 pH lithium and magnesium rich Crazy Water from Mineral Wells Texas.

These anti viral techniques have worked well for the researchers and patients who have used them. In my own experience I have been susceptible to lung infections since child hood and could set my yearly clock by when I caught bronchitis or had full blown pneumonia each and every winter since I was an infant.

For 4 years straight I had not come down with either bronchitis or pneumonia. As a matter of fact I haven’t even caught so much as a cold! I have even flown long distances next to passengers overcome with the flu who were coughing, sneezing and suffering with a heavy fever and chills. I did not catch so much as a sniffle, these techniques so well!

These insane days viruses seem to be everywhere. New bugs are infecting man all the time, and we live in fear of some terrorist releasing a deadly viral concoction on us all; we need the tools to defend our health and the health and well being of those we love.

Conventional medicine offers no hope against viruses. Using the combination of internal terrain altering with ample oxygenation, high enzymes and slick coatings most of us can avoid viruses latching on to us in the first place or fight them off handily if they’ve already found a home in us.

In an additional side note I would also like to add that for those of you who couldn’t bear drinking the baking soda and water…myself included…. there’s a product from Enzymedica called pH Basic that is a mixture of enzymes and baking soda in enteric coated capsules that bypass the stomach before they dissolve…you can find this brand online at www.enzymedica.com or at Whole Foods and other holistic stores….it’s a lot more expensive than drinking the baking soda and water but a lot easier to take.

Magnesium is also a very alkaline mineral. I personally take Magnesium Malate every day. There are also the Kangen Water Machines that create alkaline water. Visit www.KangenWaterSolutionsForHealth.com

Please also check out this article on Essential Oils vs. Swine Flu there’s LOTS of helpful information here!

Here’s one other article from Dr. Vinay Goyal, who is an MBBS,DRM,DNB (Intensivist and Thyroid specialist) having clinical experience of over 20 years. Presently, he is heading the Nuclear Medicine Department and Thyroid clinic in India.

The following message was given by him, and makes a lot of sense and is important for all of you to know…

The only portals of entry are the nostrils and mouth/throat. In a global epidemic of this nature, it’s almost impossible not coming into contact with H1N1 in spite of all precautions. Contact with H1N1 is not so much of a problem as proliferation is.

While you are still healthy and not showing any symptoms of H1N1 infection, in order to prevent proliferation, aggravation of symptoms and development of secondary infections, some very simple steps, not fully highlighted in most official communications, can be practiced (instead of focusing on how to stock N95 or Tamiflu):

1. Frequent hand-washing (well highlighted in all official communications). This is not a joke. Make it a ritual habit… make it part of your daily routine… DO NOT BE LAZY..!!!

2. “Hands-off-the-face” approach. Resist all temptations to touch any part of face.

3. Gargle twice a day with warm salt water. *H1N1 takes 2-3 days after initial infection in the throat/ nasal cavity to proliferate and show characteristic symptoms. Simple gargling prevents proliferation. In a way, gargling with salt water has the same effect on a healthy individual that Tamiflu has on an infected one. Don’t underestimate this simple, inexpensive and powerful preventative method.

4. Similar to 3 above, clean your nostrils at least once every day with warm salt water. Not everybody may be good at Jala Neti or Sutra Neti (very good Yoga asanas to clean nasal cavities), but blowing the nose hard once a day and swabbing both nostrils with cotton buds dipped in warm salt water is very effective in bringing down viral population.

5. Boost your natural immunity with foods that are rich in Vitamin C (Amla and other citrus fruits). *If you have to supplement with Vitamin C tablets, make sure that it also has Zinc to boost absorption.

6. Drink as much of warm liquids as you can. *Drinking warm liquids has the same effect as gargling, but in the reverse direction. They wash off proliferating viruses from the throat into the stomach where they cannot survive, proliferate or do any harm.

Here are also a few very illuminating videos about the swine flu propaganda in 1976…keep in mind what’s different this time around is that now the vaccine makers have immunity from prosecution for damages caused by the flu vaccine.

Suggested Reading: Death in the Air by Leonard G. Horowitz

Description:

Dr. Horowitz released this book in June, 2001, 3-full months before the 9-11 “attack on America.” Consider the prophetic title!

If you desire to read a book that explains the socio-political and economic context in which 9-11 occurred, to help sharpen your prophetic vision, read this book.

Silently killing us, our family and friends, the global plagues and toxic menaces are here, yet where are you? If you are like most Americans, you’ve become distracted by pastimes, passions, pleasures and psycho-sensory overload.

The “Technotronic Era” is here. With it comes a New World of “non-lethal” biological and chemical weapons, and warfare applications, that are being waged against defenseless civilians. Regardless of what you now think, you are being manipulated and lethally affected, and this intelligence may be crucial to you and your family’s survival.

Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism and Toxic Warfare (ISBN: 0-923550-30-5) delivers the most heretical message in the annals of world health and American medicine, backed by the most astonishing hard-hitting documents ever revealed. Here, veteran investigator, Dr. Len Horowitz, the award-winning author of the national bestseller, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola: Nature, Accident or Intentional? relays how and why populations are being insidiously victimized.

Exquisitely detailed in this book are the most advanced developments in the field of population control. Genetically engineered viruses and bacteria, the latest technologies for biological warfare, and combined exposures to biochemical, metallic, and electromagnetic agents, offer a “Star Wars”-like arsenal for conducting global genocide auspiciously for “public health”, “National Security”, and “world peace”.

Reprinted here are the most stunning U.S. Government documents you have ever seen that vividly expose the secret agendas of war waging by the world’s wealthiest neo-colonialists and global fascists. Not speculation, Dr. Horowitz relies heavily on Congressional testimonies, legal witnesses, and government documents to prove the public is being chemically and pharmaceutically intoxicated, and electromagnetically immune-suppressed. Increasing epidemics of cancers and myriad other illnesses are predicted.

Monumentally, this book exposes the instigating cartel, its leaders, their savvy media manipulations, and their ongoing global operation more insidious and destructive than the nuclear weapons program of World War II. Striking the heart of a global conspiracy, and exposing the cryptocracy responsible for the latest forms of bioterrorism, psychotronic warfare, and Malthusian ecogenocide, the revelations and wisdom contained in this book offer more than a reality check. They give humanity, you and your loved ones, a final, last minute, choice for salvation.

On the surface of the world right now there is war and violence and things seem dark. But calmly and quietly, at the same time, something else is happening underground…

An inner revolution is taking place and certain individuals are being called to a higher light. It is a silent revolution. From the inside out. From the ground up. This is a Global operation. A Spiritual Conspiracy.

There are sleeper cells in every nation on the planet. You won’t see us on the T.V. You won’t read about us in the newspaper. You won’t hear about us on the radio. We don’t seek any glory. We don’t wear any uniform. We come in all shapes and sizes, colors and styles.

Most of us work anonymously. We are quietly working behind the scenes in every country and culture of the world. Cities big and small, mountains and valleys, in farms and villages, tribes and remote islands. You could pass by one of us on the street and not even notice.

We go undercover. We remain behind the scenes. It is of no concern to us who takes the final credit but simply that the work gets done.

Occasionally we spot each other in the street. We give a quiet nod and continue on our way. During the day many of us pretend we have normal jobs but behind the false storefront at night is where the real work takes a place.

Some call us the Conscious Army. We are slowly creating a new world with the power of our minds and hearts. We follow, with passion and joy. Our orders come from the Central Spiritual Intelligence.

We are dropping soft, secret love bombs when no one is looking: Poems ~ Hugs ~ Music ~ Photography ~ Movies ~ Kind words ~Smiles ~ Meditation and prayer ~ Dance ~ Social activism ~ Websites ~ Blogs ~ Random acts of kindness…

We each express ourselves in our own unique ways with our own unique gifts and talents. ‘Be the change you want to see in the world’ That is the motto that fills our hearts. We know it is the only way real transformation takes place. We know that quietly and humbly we have the power of all the oceans combined.

Our work is slow and meticulous like the formation of mountains, it is not even visible at first glance and yet with it entire tectonic plates shall be moved in the centuries to come.

Love is the new religion of the 21st century. You don’t have to be a highly educated person or have any exceptional knowledge to understand it. It comes from the intelligence of the heart, embedded in the timeless evolutionary pulse of all human beings.

‘Be the change you want to see in the world’ Nobody else can do it for you. We are now recruiting…perhaps you will join us or already have. All are welcome. The door is open
