When it comes to men's health, one of the subjects I am passionate about is gynecomastia, and alot of that is due to the fact that I experienced it, and all of the temperamental affects which it can have on a person. So although these funny names for it like man boobs and moobs have popped up, I am thankful that there are still publishers who let in some actual, helpful information about it and not just jokes. Jokes are ok, as long as they don't overshadow the fact that this is a issue which many men and boys suffer with, and that whether they let us know it or not, that it touches their lives in inconceivable ways. It is not as easy as doing some bench presses and taking down your fat intake, not to mention the emotional managing. Thanks for anything that you can do to crusade this message. Lets all do our part in the crusade to combat chest fat

Hi Jennifer,

This year I found organic stevia plants at local gardening centers and planted a ton of it and use it fresh every day in my protein shake. It's easy to grow and tastes much better than processed stevia formulas. (By the way stevia is green...not white so if you buy products that are white...it's most likely a chemical formulation that may contain some stevia and usually has weird aftertastes.)

I found this looking up early puberty. My daugter is going to be 3 she cannot drink regular milk so I have been givig her soy, thinking it was a healthier choice. Her mood swings have always been very strong and almost grown up and this evening I noticed a little bump next to her left nipple that looked like maybe a third nipple and then when I was getting her ready for bed I noticed little blond hairs on her private area as well as longer then usual for her age on her legs.Everyone thinks I am overreacting.
