		<description>That being fabricated or not. The internet would be a huge hurdle for the power elite to snatch from us. Because even if the major media fabricated the danger the internet is to us we could still sit down and browse our favorite news sites to see the truth.

Unless a direct attack whether false flag or not happens to the internet in the U.S. nothing of this magnitude can happen.

Are you seriously going to tell me some terrorists built a kray 5 computer system in grandpa's basement in Virginia and hacked the CIA's database?

		<description>There's one thing I'll say about comparing scary bills like this to the Patriot Act. Problem -&gt; Reaction -&gt; Solution. Nothing of this magnitude can possibly come out of debate without being stripped of it's unconstitutionality. Why?

Because there isn't a problem to take such measure to "protect" the people of the U.S. from. 

If you look at the Patriot Act it was intelligently timed and employed, right after 9/11 to "protect" the citizenry. 

There must be sufficient danger to the people for senators to feel justified in waiving our rights.</description>
